The Pies 

Hayden’s Pies was established in 2003 by Hayden and his Mum. Driven by a passion to produce delicious pies with quality ingredients, Hayden’s Pies has grown from a small family business to a South Coast destination. 

We believe in making everything ourselves from quality fresh ingredients. Our qualified chefs make our delicious butter puff pastry using butter from Pepe Saya and flour from Manildra in Nowra. Our chef makes our pie mixes using local beef supplied by South Ulladulla meat market, chicken from St Georges Basin and all of our game meats from small company in Canberra called Priam. Mitchell’s supply our fruit and veg. We source our specialty items such as herbs and spices, Asian ingredients and cheeses from a small supplier based in Nowra called Locale foods. We have our own blend of coffee roasted in Nowra by Coffee fix. We are very passionate about our pies and we hope you love them as much as we do. 

Parking 

We have ample parking outside the shop for cars and across the road at Supercheap and Petstock there is parking for caravans and trailers.

What’s the best way to heat our pies at home?

Heating instructions for chilled pies:

  • Individual pies - oven at 180°C for 15 - 20 minutes.

  • Family pies - oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Cooking instructions for RAW chilled pies:

  • Raw pies - hot oven at 200°C for 15 - 25 minutes.

Cooking instructions for FROZEN GLUTEN FREE pies:

  1. Cook pie from frozen, do not defrost.

  2. Heat oven to 200°C.

  3. Cook for 25 minutes.

  4. Rest pie for 5 minutes.
